Leveraging a Network of Experience

The Opportunity

Establish an Agile Campus

The university recognized the opportunity to create an agile campus by introducing online program options to their existing on-campus offerings. The graduate education school had a strong interest in collaborating with other colleges and schools to create a responsive and efficient infrastructure to support enrollment growth. At the same time, marketing, recruiting, and technology solutions had been a challenge to scale and optimize, so they were looking for strategic guidance and practical direction on how to accomplish success in those areas.

The university chose to partner with Noodle’s strategy team and leverage the expertise of the marketers, recruiters, student success coaches, and technologists who have implemented online offerings across the network of schools within Noodle’s portfolio.

The Insight

A Flexible Partner

The university knew that it wanted a partner that could position them for future planning, while also offering the flexibility to expand capacity and benefit from the insights of subject matter experts.

The university also required a playbook for how to build a sustainable recruitment ecosystem, inclusive of the necessary technology infrastructure. Additionally, the university didn’t want to be tied into a long term agreement.

The Solution

Customized Strategy and Expert Consulting

Noodle conducted a deep discovery with the university to assess the institution’s internal capacities, resources, and technologies for online and traditional graduate programs. From that discovery, Noodle provide guidance and advice to implement a strategy along with tangible technology for student recruitment.

Specifically, Noodle provided guidance in the following areas:

  • How to achieve optimal yield
  • Recruitment staffing recommendations
  • Optimal student experience
  • Technology infrastructure recommendations to optimize services and operations and use data to support quality admissions decision-making
  • Timelines for transitioning work from external to internal
  • Opportunities to centralize and create efficiencies
  • Recommended best practices for metrics
