If you’re having trouble carving an avocado or slab of beef, and find that you cut fingers as often as food, then The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts has a class to change this. During this Knife Skills class, you will learn fundamental techniques that will make you a faster, more efficient and safer cook. You’ll even learn important presentation skills by being taught the correct cuts and chops for different produce.
