Our beautiful campus is located just a few blocks east of US31 and only a few miles from Muskegon Lake and the beautiful beaches and sand dunes of Lake Michigan.
Baker College of Muskegon has a long history (over 100 years) of preparing graduates for rewarding and challenging careers. Since moving to its current campus in 1997, enrollment has grown from 2,000 students to over 6,000 students! More than 700 students reside in our 5 different housing options.
Our highly qualified faculty, who have real-world experience, provide strong academic preparation and career training across a wide range of programs. Graduates of our programs are preferred by many of the area employers. Baker College of Muskegon is a career college, and we are proud that our graduate employment rate has exceeded 97 percent for more than 15 years.
Students enjoy using the resources in the Library-Learning Connection where easy access to computers, library and information resources, and free tutoring is available seven days a week. The Student Center and the West End CafÃ© are two inviting places to relax and hang out between classes. Students like the small college atmosphere and are always treated with a "Students First" approach at Baker College!
The three-story Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM), just five miles from campus, opened on September 28, 2009. Over 500 Culinary Arts students will be learning and developing their skills in state-of-the-art kitchen/laboratories.
