    Idaho is home to more than 25 colleges, universities, and technical schools. Students attending school in the Gem State are able to take advantage of a long list of state parks, mountains, rivers, ski slopes, and many other outdoor attractions. The University of Idaho, located in Moscow, is the oldest and primary research university in the state.
