I consult individually with students and families, helping them to determine the student's needs, identify a group of colleges to which to apply, and manage application requirements and deadlines. I also help students to brainstorm essay topics, and offer individual essay critiques or group essay workshops. I make sure that families understand college costs and the financial aid process. My goals are for the college application process to be as stress-free as possible, and for the student to feel confident that s/he has chosen a college that fits his/her needs.
