Step 1: Take a shower Take a shower, daily, using natural, plant based soaps. Step 2: Eat natural food Eat natural or organic foods with lots of fiber, grains, and leafy green vegetables. Step 8: Wear scented natural oils Wear scented natural oils from citrus mint, lavender, or vanilla to calm any anxieties you have about suspicious odors.
