Truth is not important, its interpretation is: Mišo Hudák at TEDxKošice

Mi?o Hud?k has grown up at the district ?ahanovce. He studied at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and at the Faculty of Arts of Technical University in Ko?ice. Years ago he has formed in his head an idea of Eastern Coast, a mythical country that can't be found in any atlas of the world, a mythical country that you have to look for in your hearts. Together with Mi?o Hladk? he has founded an organization which reflects the intersections of the Eastern Coast and the reality. They have not picked an easy target. They are searching, renewing, creating, sustaining and improving the urban character of cities and municipalities. In 2009, he turned a concrete overpass of ?ahanovce to the Arc de Triomphe, which was picked in the selection of the best graduate works of European art schools, Start Point 2009. In the autumn he will participate in the Architecture Biennale 2012 in Venice. In 2010, he was at the origin of manual for a non-traditional "capital of the East Coast," Ko?ice. Unconventional publication KSC harvested a nationwide success for its satirical look at "Capital of Rednecks". He exchanged a passion for bicycle wheels for wheels of coaches, his main project is namely a little daughter - "Princess of the Globe, Hana." In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
