Sarah Calhoun discusses the discovery of her passion through the founding of Red Ants Pants, a Montana-based clothing company that makes work wear for women.Calhoun earned a B.S. in environmental studies from Gettysburg College in 2000. After graduating she worked in outdoor education positions, instructing for Outward Bound and leading trail crews. She grew tired of wearing men's work pants every day and decided to start her own business designing women's work wear, thus Red Ants Pants was born.About TEDx, x = independently organized eventIn the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
