TEDxOxbridge - Nancy Puccinelli - Wear Red to Set the World on Fire

Prof. Nancy Puccinelli is an expert on the psychology of difficult times and its impact on consumer behavior. Her research predicts products that will thrive when others fail. She holds a PhD in psychology from Harvard. At Oxford University's Said Business School, she works with the Oxford Institute of Retail Management to understand how surprising environmental cues drive consumer decisions in retail stores. Her consulting and field work include companies such as Ritz Carlton hotel, Four Seasons hotel, Procter and Gamble, and Coca-Cola. She and her work have been featured on national TV in the US.In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks and videos and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are traded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
