Frank is the author of The Art of Immersion: How the Digital Generation is Remaking Hollywood, Madison Avenue, and the Way We Tell Stories, recently published in the U.S. and the U.K. As a contributing editor at Wired for more than a decade, he has written extensively about media and technology, from the making of Avatar to Sony's enormous gamble on the PlayStation 3 to the posthumous career of Philip K. Dick in Hollywood. About TEDx: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
