Younggil, Song - CEO of Booga Ventures The challenge of Young Song started with the vision of 'affordable computer for everyone in the world!' after a year in the USA. In 1998, he launched a brand of ultra-low cost computer eMachines successfully in Silicon Valley. He successfully listed eMachines on NASDAQ within 2 years and received the 3rd largest market share through selling millions of its products. And 2003, he founded NComputing, a company which produces virtual computer terminals. These machines make it possible to share one computer with 30 people to distribute ultra low cost computers in developing country, which was his dream. He distributed more than 2.5 Million computers in 120 countries around the world and fostered his company as a leader of virtualization solutions in the Silicon Valley. NComputing received investment totaling more than $ 40 million from a leading VC. According to this, NComputing hired 200 branch and global employees in 11 countries and provided its technology to world's leading companies. India, Macedonia, Ghana, Pakistan, and many other countries have also adopted its computer as a formal standard educational computer. Since 2009, he established Booga Ventures, a company that invests in initial technology companies. He has helped easy and low-cost computing technology, new environmental technology and social networks related startup companies continuously. Most importantly, he cooperates and invests to help Korean venture companies' entering global market.
