TEDxGlastonbury - Griffith Academy Dancers - Irish Step Dancing

Performers: Keara Sullivan, Kristyn Fontanella and Kaitlin Goslee All three ladies have toured the world, hitting all 50 states and roughly 10 countries, with Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance. Since their touring days they have made their homes in Connecticut and returned to the Griffith Academy of Dance as teachers and find great joy in seeing their art flourish in the children they teach. Keara now works as a nurse at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. Kristyn and Kaitlin are both working towards their B.A. at Central Connecticut State University. The ladies thank TEDx for allowing them to be part of good cause! About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
