Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, and Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, Palo Alto, USA . He holds varied professional experience of over 30 years that includes teaching at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Northeastern University Business School, Boston and the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. His commercial experience includes stints with a leading MNC, owner/manager of a medical electronics company, Managing Director of Shriram Refrigeration Industries Ltd & Director, Export Credit and Guarantee Corporation and Infrastructure Equipment Leasing Co. Ltd. He was also the Advisor to the Finance Minister, Government of India in 1998-99 holding the rank of Secretary to Government. Presently, Guruswamy is Director Centre of Policy Alternatives. The Centre undertakes building consensus on crucial policy issues concerning social economic & political development of India' He gives interesting new perspectives on the India China Debate.
