Judge Gray was has been an elected District Judge in Oklahoma County since 1998, and was recently re-elected to her fourth term. Prior to becoming elected to the bench, she served as a Municipal Judge for the City of Oklahoma City for four years. Before pursuing her legal career, Judge Gray was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, served as the Chief of Staff for the Mayor, City of Tulsa, overseeing numerous departments as well as the Mayor's office and was an Assistant to the Honorable James R. Jones, Congressman from Oklahoma's first Congressional District. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxOKC, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxOKC event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
