TEDxUofM - Madeline Huberth - The Cello and The Group

TEDxUofM took place April 8th, 2011 at the historic Michigan Theater on the campus of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.Madeline Huberth is a joint LSA/Interdisciplinary Physics and School of Music/Cello Performance major. Huberth has performed nationally and internationally as part of orchestras, chamber ensembles, and most recently, the YouTube Symphony Orchestra at the Sydney Opera House. She is currently writing her Honors Senior Thesis on the impact of auditory feedback on the quality of musical performance. About TEDx, x = independently organized eventIn the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
