TEDxSingapore - Anna Tsang - Mother and Child Project

Anna Tsang founded her first social enterprise Something Old, Something New in 1998 under the Singapore Anglican Community Services, and later Parousia Arts and Frames with two ex-drug offenders. In 2006 she co-founded the Mother and Child Project at the St. George's Place's Crisis Center. Anna graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in LA. TEDxSingapore is an ideas community in Singapore passionate about ideas and TED, founded in April 2009 and numbering many thousands people today. 100% Community created +free to join, visit us and get inspired at About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
