Tom?s Olivera proposes a cuisine based on Chilean products combining classical and modern techniques, he embraces the dissemination of traditional Chilean cuisine. Recently in 2009, Olivera won the Best Young Chef award, in the magazine Wiken. In addition, ADRA has been awarded first place in the category of Best Restaurant in Chile according to the same publication, among other awards. He speaks about his passion for cooking.
