TEDxRyersonU - Andrea Belvedere - Discovering Potential

Andrea Belvedere is a recent Ryerson Alum whom completed a Bachelor of Commerce as a Marketing Major at the Ted Rogers School of Management. Andrea has worked extensively to grow and establish a student-run organization called Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) at Ryerson University. Andrea was also the Vice-President of Business Development for the Ryerson Entrepreneur Institute and the Co-Founder of SAGE (Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship) Canada. In 2009, she was recognized by the Women's Executive Network as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in the Future Leaders Category. About TEDx, x = independently organized event: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
