TEDxNASA - William A. Draves - Nine Shift - What Matters Next

He edited his first newsletter at 12 for a scout troop in his hometown of Fond du Lac, Wisc. William A. Draves is the president of the Learning Resources Network (LERN), the leading association for lifelong learning that boasts more than 4,000 members in 20 countries. The author of Teaching Online, he is the most frequently interviewed expert on lifelong learning, including being quoted in the New York Times, and on NBC Nightly News. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
