TEDxPotomac - Luke Spring - Performance

Luke Spring is a 7-year-old tap dancing sensation from the DC Metropolitan area. Tap dancing since the age of 4, Luke developed his passion by listening to music, drumming and watching other tap dancers while repeating their rhythms through drum patterns and beats. Luke made his debut performance in March at the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, where he performed an a capella number at the 2nd Annual Washington DC Tap Festival. Luke could not be successful today without the love and support of his parents, Mick and Jill Spring.What is TEDx? In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDx[name], where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDx[name] event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.Text in the footer that states "This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED."
