Klint Peebles discusses how a student run free clinic for the uninsured in East Nashville, the Shade Tree Clinic, confronts inequality in health care. Klint Peebles is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with degrees in neuroscience and Chinese and is now in his second year of medical school at Vanderbilt. He serves as Director of Social Work for Shade Tree Clinic (http://www.shadetreeclinic.org/), a medical student run free clinic for the uninsured in East Nashville. He is an avid LGBT equality advocate and serves on the national AMSA AIDS Advocacy Network steering committee. Talk presented at TEDxChange Nashville (http://www.TEDxNashville.com), Sep. 22, 2010.
