Pairing Issues - Iris Troubleshooting

Find Iris products at To reset or add devices you may need to move your hub around your home to pair. Most devices demand that you pair them closer to the hub. Fixing this is easy. Remove the Ethernet cable and the power cord from the hub and move it within 10 feet of the device you want to pair with. The flashing green light will signal that the devices are now pairing together. Plug the Ethernet cable back into the device followed by the power cord.
