SnapStone Porcelain Tile Installation - Floor Installation

Learn how to properly assemble SnapStone porcelain tiles. In a typical SnapStone porcelain tile installation, you will be installing over an existing subfloor. There are a couple different ways you can put the tiles together. You can put them together manually by aligning the tiles and pulling them together. Most installations, you will want to use a mallet. The tile disassembles as easily as it assembles. Keep on tile flat while pulling the other up and away. The tiles are non-directional, so you do not have to have them facing a certain direction for installation. Install tile toward a corner to avoid trying to installing a tile between two that are already installed. This will not work. Make sure your tiles are perfectly aligned before moving to the next tile.
