Tractor: some friendly advice
As always, I recommend you get a tractor that will work best for your particular set of circumstances. If money is no problem, then get the top of the line tractor that comes with air conditioning and heat. But if you are like me, you want the most value that your dollar will buy. Yes old tractors will break just like new ones. However, the older tractors are much more forgiving on the wallet than some of the new ones.Especially if you can do the repair yourself and on an older tractor they are just about as simplistic as they can get. So if your thinking about farming in the future an older diesel tractor is the way to go. Beware, some old tractor have inherent problems. Do some research before you buy. Good luck!
