Sense Corp Texas 4000 for Cancer
Through rain, snow, heat and hail, nothing has stopped a group of committed University of Texas students who ride their bikes every summer from Austin, Texas to Anchorage, Alaska to help MD Anderson fight cancer. The bike ride is known as the Sense Corp Texas 4000 for Cancer and it's the longest annual charity bike ride in the world. With a distance of over 4,500 miles it is more than twice as long as the Tour De France. Approximately 50 riders participate each year in the 70 day journey across the Western United States and Canada.
