Just like this super simple and super delicious tortellini dish by Beth Le Manach. It's easy to whip up and is a family pleaser! Yum! -------------------------------------- Cheese Tortellinis with Pesto, Peas and Basil 1 Package of cheese tortellinis ? cup (85 g) frozen peas ? cup (60 mL) of store bought pesto sauce 1 tbsp (15 mL) half & half salt & pepper to taste 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh basil freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste Cook tortellinis according to packageHeat pesto in a pan on low heat. Add half & half, stir, throw in frozen peas. Keep an eye on it, adding pasta water if it gets too thick. Add fresh chopped basil salt and pepper. Drain pasta and add to sauce.
