Add fresh crab and spice it up with a little sriracha! Now, that's a touchdown! ------ Spicy Crab and Artichoke Dip 8 oz (230 g) cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream 3 tablespoons (45 mL) mayo 1 tablespoon (15 mL) sriracha 1 small meyer lemon, zest and juice 1/4 pound (115 g) fresh crab meat 1 cup (140 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1/2 cup (60 g) romano cheese, finely grated Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo; beat on low speed in a mixer until very smooth, about 10 minutes. Add the sriracha sauce, lemon zest and juice, beat until mixed, about 3 minutes. Add the crab, artichoke hearts and cheese, gently mix for about 1 minute until just combined.
