New England Aquarium Student Delegation Video

This student-produced video describes the frequency and impact of dissolved oxygen levels decreasing in our cold water and how they affect the Atlantic herring fishery in the southern Gulf of Maine. This project was created by students Steven Gringas, Nhu Le, Madeleine Higgins, and Adrianne Smith; who all attend the Boston Latin School in Boston, MA. Teachers, Liz Whitlinger from the New England Aquarium and Catherine Arnold from Boston Latin, oversaw the group. This video was presented at the 3rd National Coastal America Student Summit in Washington, D.C. on February 15th, 2011 at the Smithsonian Institution.
