A combination of keynote talks, panel discussions, and breakout sessions... and potentially-career-altering-networking opportunities over two days concluded with a gala black-tie Awards ceremony on the second night. - World Technology Network Jimmy Wales is an American Internet entrepreneur best known as the founder of the Wikimedia Foundation, the charity which operates Wikipedia.org, and as the co-founder of Wikia.com. Andrea Weckerle is an attorney licensed to practice law in Washington D.C. and New Jersey. Prior to founding CiviliNation, she ran her own boutique communications consultancy and worked with national agencies, where her experience included legal and corporate communications, as well as online communications and social media.
