Caroline M. Hoxby is a distinguished visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution and a member of the Koret Task Force on K-12 Education. She is the Allie S. Freed Professor of Economics at Harvard University and the director of the Economics of Education Program for the National Bureau of Economic Research.
