California Gubernatorial Primary 2010: Anti-Whitman Ads by Groups Favoring Jerry Brown

I am preserving ads from the 2010 California gubernatorial primary. Such ads tend to disappear after elections. These ads wwere sponsored by groups favoring Jerry Brown. Jerry Brown was essentially unopposed in the Democratic primary after San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom dropped out of the race for governor. There were two other candidates besides Meg Whitman in the GOP primary race: Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner and former Congressman Tom Campbell. But Campbell dropped out and ran for the U.S. Senate. Evidently, groups favoring Brown were more concerned about Whitman than Poizner, since polls favored Whitman and she had more money to spend on the campaign.
