Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz Part 2: Photobleaching and Photoactivation

In her second lecture, Lippincott-Schwartz describes how two imaging techniques, photoactivation and photobleaching (FRAP), can be used to switch on or off specific subsets of fluorescent molecules.
