### Logic & Arguments - Truth Tables (values of propositions, operators & statements) - remastered

Now that you've gone through my "Logic & Language" and parts 1 and 2 of "Logic & Arguments", let's consider truth values a little more carefully. Use truth tables to expand your understanding of truth values in logic. This video compares binary (true/false) truth values of propositions and operators, including the negation NOT, conjunction AND, disjunction OR, implication/conditional IF...THEN and the biconditional IF AND ONLY IF. The analogy of a lightbulb and lightswitch are used to illustrate how each operator works. These lessons build on the introduction to logic, which presents logic as a language and a way to understand and analyze individual sentences: http://www.nativlang.com/linguistics/logic.php This video also builds on previous lessons exploring the logic of arguments: http://www.nativlang.com/linguistics/logic-argument.php
