Tom Watters and Lunar Lobate Scarps

Tom Watters of the Center for Earth and Planetary Studies (CEPS) at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum explains the discovery of lobate scarps on the lunar surface and how they indicate a shrinking moon.
