Perfume Review: Tresor in Love
This review can be summarized as "smells like hair mouse." Tr?sor in Love was introduced in March of 2010 and is a flanker of Lancome's Tr?sor. For those of you who don't know, "flanker" is marketing double speak for "if it made us money once, it'll make us money again." If you like the original Tr?sor (the 1990 version, not the 1952 version. I have no idea what the 1952 version is like), then you will probably be sorely disappointed with tresor in love. However, if you like Chance by Chanel, you will probably like this one. Tresor in love is yet another "fruity floral," emphasis on the fruit. The notes include bergamot, nectarine, pear, peach, rose, jasmine, violet, woods and cedar. Mostly I just smell nectarine + nailpolish remover + shampoo. It smells EXACTLY like Herbal Essences body envy volumizing mousse (the one in the orange can). Very cheap smelling. I would not invest in a bottle of this. Definitely not worth the price.
