The Accountability Challenge Week 4 - On track and being healthy! Wahoo!

This week I did REALLY well. No exercise, but I was under maintain-weight calories 6 days this week! That was mostly because of the juice fast, but that's ok - it's a healthy decision I'm making that's taking me in the right direction.
