The Accountability Challenge - Week 3 -- Improving Bit by Bit! - Meditative Workouts

Friday 9/16 is day 15 (or day 1 of week 3) of the challenge. Join along! .. NOTE: I have not been weighing in. My last weigh-in was August 23rd, 2011, at 175 lbs. I will weigh-in again at the end of the challenge (Dec 1). My lowest weight ever was 158 lbs in July 2009.. Week 2: This week I improved! I kept my calories always below 2300/day and 4 of 7 days I was either AT or BELOW 1900 calories per day (maintain-weight calories for me). Wahoo! Also, I did my workouts more like meditations with focused breathing and slow precision instead of just doing "hardcore" workouts and I found them equally challenging to the "harder" workouts and significantly more rejuvenating.
