The Accountability Challenge - Week 1 -- intro & info (back to weight loss!)

It's time for something new! This is THE ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE (TAC). Jason (tbossbone) and I are challenging each other once a week to mix it up and stay on track :D EVERY week we have 2 regular "challenges": 1. track calories every day 2. exercise 3x/week Every week we will give each other a new challenge for the next week. Each week that the OTHER person completes the challenge, we put $5 in a jar. We can also tip $1 here and there for good behavior, inspiration, creativity, etc. :P At the END of the challenge we will total the jars and the difference in the totals in the jars will be sent to the other party. Essentially, we hope to end up even, but one of us may win a few dollars in the end :D I hope you follow along! You're welcome to join anytime.
