Write down WHY you "failed" for each reason. 3. Let go of the times you couldn't have done anything about it... 4. ... and Make plans for how to improve your chances of succeeding next week (by recognizing where you're weak and planning to correct that weakness). PLEASE keep your videos short and to-the-point. My guideline is LESS than 3-4 MINUTES.
