Grocery Haul - 80% Raw, Mid-Week Trip

Hey, look! It's the sidebar! No, I'm sorry, I'm just giving the new kids some shit. We all know about the sidebar, right? :D The RECIPE for GREEN LEMONADE is for a JUICER. All you lovelies out there who are making it with a blender, I hope you enjoyed it (??) but that's not what it's for! :O 1 head romaine lettuce 5-6 stalks kale 2 apples 1 lemon (including peel) 1 Tbsp fresh ginger root NOTES: The lemon and ginger combo can be replaced with 1 large carrot (or a handful of baby carrots) to make the juice sweet instead of zingy (or just when you run out of lemons/ginger :P). Also, the kale can be replaced with spinach (if you MUST) but spinach doesn't juice as well as kale does. You can also remove the kale entirely if you add 1 oz of fresh wheatgrass juice to the mix in the end. Hope that helps some of you juicers out there! :D Also, regarding "clean" foods -- People are frequently asking what I mean by "clean eating" or "non-processed eating." All i mean by those terms are that the foods are (preferably) organic and contain no artificial colors, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners, and have no preservatives in them if possible. When I say I am eating 70-80% raw, it means that I eat raw all day and eat something cooked at night, either for dinner or as my post-dinner snack. FAQ's: Thanks for watching! Follow me!
