Survivor Fitness Challenge #2 (Shanti is an Athlete!)

I did a whole new workout routine all week! **New Workout Routine** 3x/week Rollerblading (6 miles, ~40 minutes, vigorous effort) Weight Lifting (Full arms, shoulders, back, chest, & abs circuit) **Improved One Exercise** Cycling - Going faster burns more calories!
