Weight Diary Day 5 - Muscle Milk, Protein, and Pedometers!

I ran/walked 1.75 miles today! I walked as a warm-up for about three minutes, then ran about .75 miles, and then walked about .5, and then ran the rest of the way. Wahoo! My body hates me, but my brain and heart are happy :D I talk a lot about MUSCLES here and about something I love called Muscle Milk. I explain why the muscles hurt and ache after an intense workout and what you can do about it - I find the science quite fascinating. And I got a pedometer for $5 on eBay and you should too. They're really inexpensive and worth it - it's good to know what sort of "daily" exercise you get. Plus, pedometers let you know how far you've walked/run in a day.
