Weight Diary Day 4

Day four, down to 198 Lbs, surprisingly. I went to Olive Garden with a friend today and MAN DO NOT GO THERE! Calories galore, and crap food! Bleh. At least it was delicious. Also a mini-"rant" on Ritz crackers. And... yeah. I talk about losing weight SLOWLY and how that works better, and why you shouldn't eat huge meals ever.
