Weight Diary Day 3 - Remember to work out!
Just a quick update... I worked out which was awesome. I know 30 minutes of yoga isn't much, even yoga classified as "cardio." But let me tell you, 30 minutes of exercise is better than none! And I'm just getting into the swing of things, so I consider some better than none in this case, lol... I have always loved yoga... it's good to see it come through for me. ALSO - my heart was beating like mad the whole time, and I was breathing hard. My legs now feel like jell-o :D I love working out!
