I wanted to take a second to congratulate Oliver for jumping on board and making some immediate progress. I suggest that if you're just starting the Weight Gain Blueprint program you take before and after pictures. Take your before pictures right away then in a few months take another set of after pictures and see how much different you look. If you followed the program the whole time, you'll be pretty amazed at the results.
