NASA spacecraft see Earth winking from 18 million km away!

The NASA mission Deep Impact originally slammed a chunk of copper into a comet in 2005, but the spacecraft itself is still out there taking data. From a distance of 18 million kilometers, it looked back at the Earth and took a series of images made into this animation of the Earth making one full rotation.
