Read the Transcript: http://to.pbs.org/iABaJU On Saturday, the Army Corps of Engineers opened the floodgates of the Morganza Spillway on the Mississippi River to reduce pressure on the levees that protect Baton Rouge and New Orleans. A number of smaller towns are now having to deal with the possibility of devastating flooding. Correspondent Tom Bearden reports.
