Italian Wedding Soup This famous soup is easy to make, filled with yummy meat balls, a hearty broth, loads of Latin love! This is a simple soup that really only takes about 10 minutes to assemble, if you cook the meatballs a bit in advance. Chef Maribel shows you how to cut down on the fat in the soup, too, without sacrificing the flavor. Traditionally, this soup is made with meatballs, endive, and parsley, but this video provides many suggestions on variations of ingredients.
