Tush On The Cush: Teaches kids how to sit at the table while they eat

http://didipop.com Kids love to learn and it's important for them to learn about manners and table etiquette. Singing this song is a fun way to teach them while making them laugh at the same time. "Tush on the Cush" is actually a phrase that meditation teacher use to inpsire their students to sit and practice meditation. We use this mantra at our house to help the girls learn to stay still~ to put their bottoms on the seat and their feet under the table. I wrote for Delilah when she was two. The original title was "Butt On The Bench" and many parents (moms mostly) had a problem with the B word. I worked this new version out and actually prefer it. I polled moms and dads and asked what words they use for that part of the body. I got tush (yiddish) butt, deriere, buttocks, hiney, and tuckus. What does your family use?
