Formerly a director at Public Strategies, Inc., the Austin-based public affairs firm, Fero served as policy adviser and political strategist for the Mexican Ambassador and the government of Mexico in the U.S. Helping oversee the groundbreaking Texas Performance Review for then-State Comptroller John Sharp, Fero was one of the creators of that project's successful communications strategy and wrote the final reports, which laid the groundwork for the language of the reinventing government movement in the 1990s. Today, he works at Fero Hewitt Global in Austin, TX. Bryan Eppstein The Eppstein Group, Fort Worth Bryan Eppstein is widely recognized as one of the best political minds on either side of the aisle in Texas. The Republican consultant has concentrated on the Legislature and run hundreds of campaigns for House and Senate candidates.
